Marketing Internship - Gella's Diner & Lb. Brewing Co.

This paid position will be responsible for leading the Marketing Strategy with a variety of marketing, graphics and social media initiatives for Gella’s Diner and Lb. Brewing Co. The start and end dates are flexible.

·         Engage with management team to brainstorm ideas for social media and marketing campaigns

·         Graphic work, photography and design for certain programs, events and projects

·         Design and update digital screens

·         Design and gather information for regular enewsletters

·         Assist with gathering data for marketing reports

·         Update website content

·         Track success of marketing programs

·         Provide monthly marketing reports to Board of Managers

·         Build social media engagement by managing Gella’s Diner & Lb Brewing Co.’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

·         Create content with photography for social media

·         Implement geofencing for social media platforms

·         Monitoring social media web analytics on a weekly basis and provide reports of growth and other activities

·         Assist with making videos for our social platforms

·         Firm grasp of available tools and platforms in the social media space

·         Must be computer literate (working knowledge of word processing, PowerPoint, Excel). Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop highly desired. Knowledge of HTML, graphic design and photography a plus

·         An effective communicator, both written and oral

·         Ability to communicate in a professional manner with customers and community contacts

·         Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
